The onions are sautéed in Irish butter, before being mixed with fresh breadcrumbs from a local bakery, the herbs, spices and other ingredients. Mr Crumb stuffing is suitable for Vegetarians and comes in two varieties Fresh “Apple & Apricot” and “Sage and Onion” and can be found in the fresh chicken chiller section alongside the Yorkshire Puds. The stuffing is available in 225g trays, has an RSP of £1.50 – £2.00 and will make around 8 stuffing balls. Order here: http://www.mrcrumb.ie/html/stuffings.html
If you’re looking for a unique way to cook your bird along with either of these delicious stuffings why not try cooking it on the barbecue!
